Welcome to SuperBills, a product of Super Media Communication. By accessing or using our platform at superbills.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Super Media Communication regarding your use of the SuperBills platform for bill payments, airtime purchases, data subscriptions, and related financial services.

2. Description of Services

SuperBills provides the following services:

• Bill Payments: Pay for electricity (prepaid and postpaid), cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes), and other utility bills.
• Airtime & Data: Purchase airtime and data bundles for all major Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).
• Digital Wallet: Maintain a Naira wallet for quick and convenient payments.
• Loyalty Rewards: Earn points on transactions that can be redeemed for discounts.

3. User Registration and Account

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Payment Terms

By making payments through SuperBills:

• You authorize us to process transactions on your behalf with third-party service providers.
• You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to you.
• You understand that transaction fees may apply and will be displayed before confirmation.
• You acknowledge that completed transactions cannot be reversed except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Wallet Services

The SuperBills wallet is subject to the following terms:

• Wallet funds are held for the purpose of making payments through our platform.
• We do not pay interest on wallet balances.
• Wallet top-ups are processed through secure payment gateways (Paystack, Monnify, Flutterwave).
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply.
• We reserve the right to freeze wallets suspected of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform.
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
• Third-party service providers (networks, billers) may experience downtime beyond our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SuperBills and Super Media Communication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party billers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on SuperBills are owned by Super Media Communication. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of SuperBills is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law
